About Our Role
Join a team that brings iconic Aussie brands including Birds Eye, Edgell, Leggo's and John West to families every day.
As a Sales Support Representative (SSR), you'll take ownership of a territory across Fremantle, Kardinya, Booragoon, Karawara, Victoria Park, Belmont and surrounding suburbs. Working with major grocery customers, including Coles and Woolworths, you'll help ensure our products are visible, available and looking their best in-store.
This permanent part-time opportunity (29 hours/week) offers a consistent workload that feels close to full-time while still providing flexibility. Reporting to the State Field Manager - Southern, you'll enjoy the autonomy of managing your own territory, building strong relationships with store teams and seeing the direct impact of your efforts every day.
What You'll Do
• Visit a portfolio of grocery stores including Coles and Woolworths within your territory
• Deliver strong in-store execution across merchandising, stock levels and product visibility
• Ensure displays and planograms are set and maintained to standard
• Build positive relationships with store managers and team members
• Identify opportunities to improve product presence, promotions and displays
• Plan your week and manage your territory coverage effectively
• Use digital tools to record store activity, report updates and maintain accurate data
• Take ownership of your territory, contributing to team goals and overall performance
About You
Whether you've worked in retail, hospitality, merchandising or another customer-facing environment, you'll enjoy building relationships, working independently and delivering great results.
- Experience in retail, merchandising, customer service or other customer-facing environments
- Exposure to supermarkets, FMCG or grocery retail will be highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
- Proactive with a can-do attitude, taking initiative to get things done
- Confident communicator who builds strong relationships in-store
- Comfortable using digital tools for reporting and communication
- Comfortable being on your feet and handling physical and manual tasks
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle required
