Maintenance Clerk (Day Shift) Pasco, WA

Summary
Assists maintenance department with parts and provides administrative support to the Maintenance Planner Scheduler.
Key Responsibilities
- Creates new JDE equipment numbers
- Creates and maintains BOMs for all equipment
- Monitors parts checked out of the stock room to ensure they are checked out to the correct pieces of equipment.
- Supports mechanics when they need help finding part numbers or equipment information
- Maintains preventative maintenance routes for mechanics
- Prints pocket cards
- Performs other duties as assigned
Typical Education
| High school diploma or general education degree (GED) |
Relevant Experience
- One plus year related experience and/or training
- Good knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to learn new software systems
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
