Corporate Finance and Accounting Manager

Summary
This role manages the financial record keeping, reporting, tax filing and other accounting functions for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervises the requested financial analysis of interim and annual operating results.
- Produces accurate and timely financial reports, for internal and external use, in accordance with GAAP and organizational procedures.
- Oversees and evaluates the activities of the accounting staff, and provides for their professional development; analyzes and solves accounting problems.
- Directs the accounting policies and practices of the organization; works closely with auditors, public accountants, federal tax examiners, and other financial professionals.

Relevant Experience
| 8+ years related experience and/or training |
