About Our Role

As our Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Specialist, you'll help identify, analyse and solve business challenges across Simplot's APAC operations. Working closely with stakeholders across our Supply Chain and Customer Fulfilment functions, you'll uncover opportunities to improve operational performance, enhance business processes and support data-driven decision-making. 

This role offers a unique blend of continuous improvement, analytics and technology, with opportunities to contribute to business transformation, process standardisation and automation initiatives that deliver sustainable business outcomes. You'll work with stakeholders across multiple functions and markets to design and implement scalable solutions that create lasting value across the business.

Joining a collaborative team, you'll gain broad exposure to improvement and change initiatives while developing highly transferable skills and learning from an experienced Continuous Improvement leader.

The role is a permanent full-time position based at our Chifley Park, Mentone office.

What You Will Do

• Support and deliver continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance across multiple markets in the APAC region
• Analyse business processes, identify improvement opportunities and help implement solutions that drive efficiency, service and productivity outcomes
• Develop and maintain reporting, analytics and digital solutions that provide valuable business insights and support decision-making
• Partner with stakeholders across functions and markets to coordinate initiatives, manage change and deliver sustainable outcomes
• Coach and support teams in the use of systems, technologies and continuous improvement practices to build capability across the region
• Contribute to process standardisation, business transformation and operational projects that support long-term business success

About You

• Experience supporting process improvement, project delivery or business transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and turn insights into action
• Ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively across teams, functions and levels of an organisation
• Experience influencing stakeholders and supporting change initiatives
• Confidence using data, reporting and business systems to support decision-making and business outcomes
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives concurrently
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
• A curious mindset and passion for continuous improvement and innovation
• Exposure to tools such as Power Platforms (Power BI, Power Automate etc.), process mapping tools and ERP systems (e.g. SAP) will be highly regarded
