About our Role

As a Revenue Growth Analyst, you will play a key role within our Revenue Growth Management team, partnering closely with commercial stakeholders to support data led pricing, PPA, mix, promotional and trade spend optimisations across the business. This is a permanent, full time opportunity, reporting to the Pricing Analytics Manager, and offers strong exposure to category, pricing and revenue growth initiatives across multiple categories.

In this role, you will work with large and complex data sets to build, maintain and enhance pricing tools, models and reporting, translating insights into clear recommendations that support revenue and margin outcomes. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Category Development, Marketing and Finance, providing analytical support that underpins pricing reviews, promotion planning and broader RGM projects.

This is a newly created role suited to an analyst looking to deepen their commercial capability, build end to end exposure to revenue growth management, and develop toward future pricing or RGM leadership pathways.

What you will do

  • Support the Revenue Growth Management agenda through the development and maintenance of pricing, promotion and revenue analytics tools used across the commercial team.
  • Analyse large and complex data sets from multiple sources to identify trends, issues and opportunities, translating analysis into clear and practical insights.
  • Build and maintain pricing models, price ladders, index reports and scenario tools to support pricing reviews, promotional planning and RGM projects.
  • Provide analytical support across multiple categories, contributing to price reviews, promotion evaluation and broader commercial initiatives.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity and ongoing maintenance of key pricing and revenue data, dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Category Development, Marketing and Finance to support decision making through data led recommendations.
  • Support pricing and promotional governance processes, ensuring information is accurate, timely and fit for purpose.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of revenue growth tools, reporting and ways of working across the commercial team.

About You

  • Strong analytical capability, with experience working with large and complex data sets to identify patterns, issues and opportunities.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to troubleshoot, investigate data discrepancies and build robust models independently.
  • Experience using Power BI or similar BI tools, with an understanding of how data is structured and maintained.
  • Background in analytics, finance, commercial, category or revenue management roles, ideally within FMCG or a similarly data intensive environment.
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations that support commercial decision making.
  • Comfortable working in an environment with ambiguity, where problem solving and data cleansing are required before insights can be formed.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy, integrity and governance.
  • Calm and resilient communication style, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and respond constructively to feedback.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Category, Marketing and Finance teams.
  • Typically 3–5 years’ relevant experience, with interest in developing a longer term career in pricing, analytics or revenue growth management.
