About our role

 

We currently have an opportunity for a Pricing Manager – APAC to join our Commercial Solutions team. This is a permanent, full-time role based at our Chifley office. Reporting to the Director Global Commercial Pricing & Analytics, you will play a critical role in shaping pricing strategies across the Asia-Pacific region.

 

This newly created position brings together responsibilities previously spread across multiple teams, offering the chance to design new approaches and deliver impactful commercial solutions. Expect a dynamic environment where you will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Planning teams to remove barriers, solve complex pricing challenges, and support business growth.

What you will do

 

  • Develop and execute pricing strategies for distributors and operators across APAC. 
  • Provide pricing guidance and recommendations based on market dynamics, sales feedback, and financial objectives. 
  • Build and maintain pricing models, metrics, and tools to support decision-making. 
  • Analyse global market conditions and competitive benchmarks to inform pricing decisions. 
  • Partner with Sales leadership to optimize revenue and margin through effective pricing. 
  • Support trade spend allowance reviews and provide actionable insights. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Planning) to align pricing with cost changes and budgets. 
  • Deliver monthly reporting and auditing to identify opportunities for improvement. 
  • Integrate and train teams on pricing-related software and CRM tools. 
  • Present recommendations and insights to senior leaders in a clear, engaging manner.

About you

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field desirable 
  • Experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial analytics.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and familiarity with tools such as Power BI and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to influence and present confidently.
  • Proactive, innovative thinker who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys creating new solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in foodservice or FMCG is advantageous but not essential.
