About Our Role
What You Will Do
Your focus will be on maintaining high-quality product data and driving efficient processes across multiple platforms and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee and manage product data to enable accurate, timely syndication to customer digital shelves
- Investigate and resolve content discrepancies in partnership with Marketing and Sales teams
- Coordinate large content modification projects such as brand changes, category updates, and testing
- Validate and map customer requirements for new and existing channels within GS1 and Salsify platforms
- Ensure data integrity, completeness, and regulatory compliance across Simplot systems

Ensure data owners and system users follow recommended processes and governance standards
- Monitor system performance, resolve incidents, and maintain well-documented integrations and processes with internal and external systems

Support ANZ-specific tools for Retail and Foodservice customers as required
About You

Minimum 3 years working with commercial data, eCommerce content, or product information management (PIM)

Familiarity with PIM tools and content syndication platforms (e.g. Salsify, GS1) and a solid understanding of how product data flows into retailer systems

Comfortable with data flow and integration concepts, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues when they arise

Strong organizational and prioritization skills - capable of managing multiple products, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously

Skilled at leading discussions and building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with a strong ability to identify issues early and apply structured problem-solving to deliver practical outcomes
