About our role

We are looking for a Retail Systems Specialist ANZ to join our team in a permanent, full-time position based at our Mentone office. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Global Commercial Technology & Process Optimization, this role is key to supporting and enhancing our retail systems across Australia and New Zealand. You will lead the governance and continuous improvement of our Stay In Front (SIF) and Blueshift tools, ensuring they meet business needs, drive efficiency, and enable seamless adoption across sales, demand, finance, and claims teams. 

What you will do

• Lead the governance and continuous improvement of Stay In Front (SIF) and Blueshift tools across ANZ. 
• Provide day-to-day support for retail sales, demand, claims, and finance teams using these systems. 
• Deliver training for new and existing users and maintain up-to-date training materials. 
• Liaise with vendors to manage system performance, generate reports, and maximize functionality. 
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all system processes. 
• Partner with IT teams to develop integrations and support system enhancements. 
• Test and deploy new features and updates, ensuring quality and efficiency. 
• Develop and maintain an enhancement roadmap, leveraging advanced functionality and AI capabilities. 
• Identify opportunities for improvement and present business cases for new features or investments. 
• Act as the key point of contact for issue resolution and stakeholder engagement across ANZ.

About you

• 5+ years’ experience in system administration, process optimization, or similar roles. 
• Strong knowledge of retail systems such as Stay In Front (SIF) and/or Blueshift; Salesforce experience is a plus. 
• Proven ability to manage system governance, data integrity, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Skilled in stakeholder management, able to translate between sales, IT, and external vendors. 
• Comfortable delivering training and supporting onboarding for new users. 
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and resolve issues quickly in a fast-paced environment. 
• Attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset. 
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across cross-functional teams. 
• Experience in project management and driving system enhancements or automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field.
