Turf Warehouse and Operations Coordinator - Kahului, HI

Join our team as a Turf Warehouse & Operations Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in supporting customers, managing inventory, maintaining equipment, and ensuring efficient daily warehouse operations. What You'll Do:

  • Receive, unload, organize, and properly store turf, seed, fertilizer, and related products.
  • Load company delivery vehicles accurately and efficiently to support customer orders and deliveries.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely while handling products and inventory.
  • Assist with inventory management, recordkeeping, stock control, and warehouse organization.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional warehouse environment both inside and outside the facility.
  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on operational and turf equipment.
  • Assist customers with equipment setup, installation, operation, and troubleshooting.
  • Evaluate returned equipment and recommend corrective actions or solutions.
  • Support dispatching activities and provide operational support as needed.
  • Participate in training, special projects, and other duties that contribute to the success of the location.
  • Work flexible hours during peak seasonal periods to support customer and business needs.

Typical Education

High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Combination of education, training and/or experience will be considered for this position.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Forklift experience and the ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to maintain equipment maintenance records and related documentation.
  • Willingness to perform dispatching responsibilities when needed.
  • Dependable work ethic with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability and willingness to work seasonal agricultural industry hours, including longer days during busy periods.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualificiations

  • Two or more years of warehouse, operations, inventory, logistics, or related experience.
  • Experience loading and unloading commercial trucks.
  • Previous inventory control or stock management experience.
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience maintaining or troubleshooting equipment.
  • Experience supporting customers with equipment setup, operation, or repairs.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of local geography and surrounding agricultural communities.
  • Experience using inventory management systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Wage range or rate of pay:  $25 - $27/hour, plus annual incentive plan eligibility
