Summary
Under general direction, performs a variety of job responsibilities which may include operation of a newer model application equipment, delivery of fertilizer and chemical products to customers, equipment and plant maintenance and fertilizer blending.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and delivering fertilizer and chemicals to customers
- General plant equipment maintenance and housekeeping responsibilities
- Receiving and unloading product deliveries and warehouse/inventory responsibilities
- Operating equipment to blend fertilizer
- Misc. duties such as special projects, attending provided trainings, providing back-up when/where needed

Typical Education
| High school diploma or general education degree (GED) |
Skills & Relevant Experience
- 1+ plus year related experience
- Hazmat, Tanker, and Doubles/Triples Endorsements a plus, but not required
- Knowledge of the local geography/roads/farms
- Basic Math
- Good Communication Skills
- Team Player
- Experience with Agrian Smart Farm/Mapping applications (Viper, Slingshot) a plus
- Forklift experience a plus
- Bilingual a plus
Required Certifications
Required for consideration:
- Valid Class A CDL License
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
