Feedlot Parts Clerk & Driver - Burbank, WA

SUMMARY
Delivers and receives parts, documents, packages, and other items to and from business establishments and company locations; assists in recording of parts received, stored, retrieved, and distributed to farm and/or feedlot personnel by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drives the parts pickup to deliver and/or receive parts, documents, and packages and other items to and from businesses and Company locations.
- Assists feedlot, ranch and/or farm employees in locating and ordering parts; records parts leaving storage area on distribution sheets in order to maintain an accurate inventory count.
- Transfers information from parts distribution sheets to ensure proper cost accounting to individual vehicle and equipment units.
- Inputs inventory information onto the computerized inventory system to keep an accurate and up-to-date accounting of inventory levels.
- Receives inventory into JDE accurately off of invoices.
- Services vehicle driven by keeping it clean, checking fluid levels, replenishing fuel and scheduling pickup services.
- Helps clean parts house, office area, lunch room & bathroom. Dust, sweeps and mops parts house as needed.
- Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
- Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
REASONING ABILITY
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Must possess valid driver's license.
- Good driving record mandatory.
