About Our Role

We’re looking for a Sales Support Representative (SSR) to support both Corporate grocery accounts (Woolworths & Coles) and Independent retailers across the Bundaberg and Fraser Coast regions - think Bundaberg, Hervey Bay, Maryborough and the smaller surrounding suburbs. This hybrid role means you’ll adapt your approach depending on store type - supporting planograms and promotional execution in majors, while building strong relationships and influencing outcomes within independents.

This is a permanent part‑time position (20–26 hours/week) across weekdays only. You’ll ensure our products are well presented, stocked and shopper‑ready, and partner with store teams to bring displays and promotions to life. It’s a hands‑on field role where you’ll see the impact of your work daily and build a well-rounded skillset across both retail channels.

What You'll Do

• Review and implement store layouts to ensure Simplot products are well presented and easy to find
• Create and maintain attractive in-store displays with attention to detail
• Build strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers
• Execute sales and field plans effectively across your territory
• Listen, plan, and deliver solutions that meet store needs and objectives
• Take pride in achieving territory goals and contributing to team success

About You

• Experience working across both Corporate (Woolworths/Coles) and Independent grocery stores
• Background in retail, merchandising, or FMCG sales support
• Strong organisation and self‑motivation, with the ability to plan your day and execute in‑store tasks independently
• A positive, energetic approach and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with a variety of store teams
• Comfort with hands‑on, physical work in store environments
• Confidence using digital tools for reporting and communication
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
