As the Talent and Culture Programs Partner, you will play a significant role in supporting our talent and culture programs from the ground up. Key initiatives and strategies include University Relations, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Experience, Talent Brand and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives that help drive business performance.

 

In this role, you will contribute to the vision of the department and be responsible for delivering global organizational effectiveness, culture and change initiatives that build engagement and drive a high-performance culture. 

Key Responsibilities

This role will provide support across multiple programs highlighted below:

 

University Relations

  • Implement University Relations (UR) program strategy and key account framework for universities and key industry organizations
  • Inclusive of university/organization segmentation, key account plans, engagement model and early talent/intern programs.

Global Engagement

  • Support the global engagement survey including third party vendors, comprehensive analysis, and presentation
  • Coordinate global, regional and team groups to turnkey insights into action items.
  • Partner with HR Solutions to review and leverage system upgrades

Diversity and Inclusion

  • Support and execute the global DEI strategy and initiatives that support our ability to attract and retain top talent and build inclusive, high performing teams.

 

Also to include Talent Brand and Performance Management.

Typical Education
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university
Relevant Experience
  • 3-5 years related experience and/or training
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting talent programs in a matrixed environment
  • Business acumen and ability to collaborate across boundaries with key stakeholders
  • Experience with promotion practices and content marketing
  • Experience with target audience identification and engagement
  • Talent Acquisition experience (specifically at the University level)
  • Technical programs
  • Applicant tracking systems
  • Experience operating in a Centers of Excellence (COE) org structure (preferred)
  • Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Change Management methodologies
  • Exposure to C-Suite
