Senior Business Partnering Analyst HQ Boise, ID

Summary

The Business Partnering Analyst provides financial guidance, expertise, and recommendations to Agribusiness Leaders for operational decisions in regards to Capital Planning. In this role, you will serve as liaison between Finance department and assigned departments to facilitate exchange of information, coordination of processes, and understanding of financial results, specifically in relation to Capital Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial and business-related analyses and research.
• Interact as a liaison between the business and Finance department to provide an understanding, through data, of business problems and solutions.
• Demonstrate an aptitude to effectively communicate complex ideas and solutions, while ensuring the operations information requirements are accurately interpreted.
• Utilize analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy in work delivered.
• Effectively partner and communicate with cross-functional teams, at all levels of the business.
• Support the planning and budgeting process and preparation of various management reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
