Summary

Provide financial leadership, analysis, and strategic support across Operations, Supply Chain, and Capital functions. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive informed decision-making through accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and business insights.

Serve as a key liaison between Finance and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment across KHC operations, capital investments, IBP processes, and global reporting, while delivering actionable insights on performance, risks, and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Kraft Heinz Company – 50%

  • Prepare financial analyses and business insights to support decision-making.
  • Execute month-end close activities, including forecasting, data management, and preparation of key deliverables within the KHC Reporting Package (PPV analysis, CM reports, Attainment Credit Due reporting, Ontario Plant P&L).
  • Manage monthly and quarterly billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Perform costing, margin, and profitability analysis to identify key financial drivers and support business performance.
  • Act as a liaison between Finance and cross-functional teams, translating business needs into actionable financial insights.
  • Communicate financial results, risks, and performance drivers to KHC and internal stakeholders.
  • Support recurring and ad hoc reporting requests with timely and accurate analysis.
  • Ensure alignment across Finance, Supply Chain, and KHC teams to drive consistency in reporting and decision-making.
  • Ensure operational data requirements are met and provide clear interpretation of financial results to support leadership decisions.
  • Provide support for compliance, tax, and contract-related requirements.

Capital – 30%

  • Serve as the primary Finance contact for Global Capital Projects.
  • Partner with Engineering teams to provide financial analysis, guidance, and ongoing project tracking.
  • Manage fixed assets processes, ensuring compliance, accurate asset classification, and coordination with the Fixed Assets team.
  • Ensure data integrity across systems, validating capital information across multiple platforms and locations.
  • Prepare and report capital budget, forecasts, and variance analysis; identify risks and opportunities to support decision-making.
  • Lead capital review meetings with GFLT, providing insights on project performance and financial impacts.
  • Coordinate monthly with Engineering teams on actuals, forecasts, and project status updates.
  • Prepare Post-Implementation Reviews (PIRs) in collaboration with Engineering and FP&A teams.
  • Drive process improvements related to capital tracking, reporting, and analysis (e.g., Wheels, foreign exchange impact analysis).

IBP (Integrated Business Partnering) – 10%

  • Prepare and consolidate monthly IBP reports, ensuring financial data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Maintain IBP variance files and drive timely updates from cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate data collection processes to ensure timely and reliable inputs from plants and business teams.
  • Validate Opportunities & Exposures (O&Es) across regions and functions.
  • Partner with FPA, IBP leadership, and plant stakeholders to ensure alignment and data accuracy.
  • Monitor operational performance and support leadership reporting and decision-making.

Global Reporting – 10%

  • Support global initiatives and special projects, such as Global Raw Requirements, Global Budget Consolidation, and Plant Scorecard reporting.
  • Partner with the Global Reporting team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of standardized reporting and enhanced data visibility across regions.

Typical Education

Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university
