Summary
Executes supply-plan purchase orders with the correct vendor, price, terms, and products. Processes PO creation, edits, and APX exceptions promptly; resolves quantity and product-quality issues; maintains ETA updates; cleans up open POs; and monitors PORs.
Regions: East, West and T&H
Key Responsibilities
- Execute PO placement from supply plans.
- Transact POs with the correct vendor, pricing, terms, and products.
- Process PO creation, edits, and APX exceptions in a timely manner.
- Resolve complaints on quantities or "bad" product.
- Handle ETA requests and updates.
- Perform PO clean-up.
- Monitor PORs.
- Create new SKUs and manage requests for new products.
- Manage vendor files on SharePoint.
