Lead Development Coordinator - Boise, ID

Summary

The Lead Development Coordinator supports the execution of the end to end lead lifecycle across inbound and outbound engagement streams within the global marketing and commercial operations ecosystem. This role ensures leads are reviewed, qualified, routed, and progressed accurately through defined processes.

 

Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Channel teams, the Lead Development Coordinator helps maintain lifecycle consistency, routing accuracy, and campaign follow through to support efficient lead management and funnel progression across global markets. This is a highly operational role focused on process execution, data accuracy, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Lifecycle & Qualification Support

  • Review and validate inbound inquiries, sample requests, and marketing-generating leads
  • Support progression of leads through lifecycle stages from inquiry → Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) → Sales Accepted Lead (SAL) → Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) based on defined criteria
  • Check lead completeness, basic qualification readiness, and account alignment
  • Ensure required fields, statuses, and data standards are consistently applied
  • Assist with lead conversion and account association in Salesforce


Routing & Assignment Support

  • Execute established lead routing processes across sales, distributors, brokers, and regional teams
  • Identify and flag routing issues such as duplicates, missing information, or ownership gaps
  • Support resolution of routing exception in partnership with leadership
  • Help maintain SLA tracking and follow-up visibility


Outbound Campaign Support

  • Assist with execution of coordinated outbound motions aligned to global and regional marketing campaigns
  • Support target list validation and basic segmentation checks
  • Ensure outbound leads are properly entered, tracked, and routed in the CRM
  • Help monitor campaign follow-up and engagement activity
  • Escalate gaps in execution or data consistency


Data Quality & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Support

  • Maintain data accuracy through lead validation, enrichment, and cleanup activities
  • Identify incomplete or inconsistent data and take corrective action
  • Support adherence to CRM standards, required fields, and naming conventions
  • Assist with duplicate record identification and cleanup efforts
  • Partner with Operations for ongoing data quality improvements.

 

Reporting & Process Support

  • Support basic reporting on lead volumes, routing activity, and lifecycle status
  • Help monitor lifecycle queues and aging reports
  • Flag trends or issues impacting lead flow or follow-up
  • Contribute to team process improvements and operational updates

 

 

Typical Education

Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university

Relevant Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and/or training
  • Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Other Information

Manage multiple priorities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work across business and company groups will be mandatory. Knowledge of marketing principles, market research, and business acumen. Marketing experience within the agricultural industry a plus. Positive interpersonal, organizational, and written skills required.
