Continuous Improvement & Analytics Manager

Summary

The Manager, Continuous Improvement & Analytics is responsible for leading and executing strategic improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence, business process optimization, productivity, and value realization across AgriBusiness. Reporting to the Director of Continuous Improvement & Analytics, this role partners closely with Retail, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Technology teams to deliver complex cross-functional projects from concept through implementation.

This position serves as a catalyst for change, applying project management disciplines, continuous improvement methodologies, and data-driven decision-making to identify opportunities, implement sustainable solutions, and ensure measurable business outcomes. The Manager develops project plans, facilitates stakeholder alignment, manages resources and risks, supports value realization tracking, and drives adoption of new processes and technologies.

The role works closely with the Analytics team to define requirements, develop measurement frameworks, establish KPIs, and ensure projects are supported by accurate data and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Continuous Improvement Program & Project Leadership

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives from conception through implementation and value realization.
  • Support enterprise initiatives involving process transformation, automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, system implementations, and organizational change.
  • Develop and implement sustainable solutions that standardize processes, improve performance, and support long-term business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies, automation, and advanced analytics tools to improve efficiency and insight generation.
  • Develop project charters, business cases, project plans, communication plans, and implementation strategies.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Provide regular project updates, recommendations, and executive-level communications to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, change management, training, and adoption activities to ensure successful implementation and sustained results.
  • Support management of the Continuous Improvement project portfolio, including prioritization, governance, status reporting, and benefit tracking.

 

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner with and coordinate stakeholders across Retail, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Technology to identify, prioritize, and execute improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Technology, Business Solutions, and operational teams to develop Standard Operating Procedures for executed changes

 

Analytics, Adoption & Value Realization

  • Partner with the Analytics team to establish project KPIs, measurement frameworks, business cases, and value realization methodologies.
  • Utilize data, reporting, and performance insights to support decision-making, prioritize opportunities, and measure outcomes.
  • Monitor and communicate project performance against identified financial and operational targets.

Typical Education

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.

 

Relevant Experience

  • 5–8+ years of experience in project management, continuous improvement, operational excellence, business transformation, or related disciplines.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, functions, and business priorities.

  • Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Experience supporting process transformation, technology implementations, and digital enablement initiatives.
