Summary

We currently have a permanent, full time opportunity for an Americas, Salesforce Specialist to support and enhance how Salesforce is used across our commercial teams in the region. 

Reporting into our Global Salesforce Manager, this role acts as the key point of contact for business users, ensuring the platform is reliable, well adopted and continuously improved to meet evolving commercial needs. 

Working closely with sales teams, IT and global stakeholders, the role bridges day to day operational support with longer term system optimisation, enabling strong data integrity, user experience and decision making across markets at different stages of Salesforce maturity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Americas commercial teams on Salesforce usage, functionality and system support 
  • Provide day to day operational support, including user onboarding, access management and troubleshooting 
  • Partner closely with sales teams to understand how Salesforce is used in practice and identify opportunities to improve adoption, efficiency and user experience 
  • Translate business requirements into clear briefs and work with IT and global technology teams to deliver system enhancements 
  • Support data integrity and governance across Salesforce, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance 
  • Deliver and maintain reporting, dashboards and insights to support commercial decision making 
  • Monitor system performance, usage trends and adoption across markets, including regions with varying levels of Salesforce maturity 
  • Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials and knowledge resources 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned to global Salesforce and commercial technology roadmaps 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the Americas and globally, with some flexibility to support different time zones and occasional travel

Typical Education

Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university(preffered not required) 

Relevant Experience

  • Experience supporting or administering Salesforce in a commercial, business facing environment or a technically minded sales professional looking to transition into a systems focused role 
  • Strong understanding of how sales teams use CRM tools in day to day operations 
  • Comfortable acting as the link between business users and technical/IT teams, translating requirements into practical solutions 
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data integrity, governance and system accuracy 
  • Confident working with reports, dashboards and insights to support commercial decision making 
  • Proactive and solutions focused, with a continuous improvement mindset 
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a fast paced, regional and global environment 
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across different functions and geographies 
  • Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with global teams 
  • Background in sales operations, commercial systems, CRM administration or a technically minded commercial role will be well regarded


 

Required Certifications

Salesforce Admin Certification OR Salesforce Business Analyst Certification(required)
