- Synthesize and communicate potential AI solution impacts related to security, privacy, intellectual property, compliance, and data protection.
- Monitor AI solution usage, adoption patterns, and governance metrics across the enterprise.
- Identify patterns and lessons learned across AI solution reviews and recommend improvements to governance processes and controls.
Monitor AI Regulations and Technology Trends
- Identify emerging AI risks, laws, regulations, standards, and industry best practices, and recommend appropriate controls and mitigation strategies for Simplot.
- Maintain awareness of new AI technologies, vendors, and capabilities entering the market, and assess their impact on Simplot's AI use cases.
Support Responsible Adoption of AI
- Develop practical guidance and educational materials to help business users responsibly adopt AI technologies.
- Assist business partners in configuring approved low-code or no-code AI solutions for common use cases (e.g., Microsoft Copilot agents).
- Share training and awareness activities related to AI governance, responsible AI, and approved AI technologies.
- Provide AI governance consultation to project teams and business stakeholders.
Relevant Experience
- 3-8 years of experience in a related function, such as:
- Privacy, compliance, or legal/paralegal
- Information security, IT auditing, or technology risk management
- Vendor risk management, procurement, or third-party assessments with a technology focus
