Simplot (China) Food Co., Ltd. is the J.R. Simplot Company’s only production and processing center and strategic management center of the company in China, the HQ was settled in Ningxia Yinchuan, with marketing and sales branch in Shanghai. Its products mainly serve the China and other Asian Market, which aim to make lasting contribution to the development of the Chinese potato industry.

概述

关键责任

负责监测和预防整个工作场所存在的化学、生物和物理危害及疾病。对监管机构颁布的健康标准进行评审并纳入执行。
确保建立质量控制程序，对法规的各个方面进行监控。向联邦、州和地方当局提供所有必要的报告。
指导环境、健康和安全计划审核，对会造成重大损失的风险进行识别和控制。必须充分了解职业健康和安全法规中所有现有的和建议的变更内容。
为员工制定并提供基本 EHS 培训。推动沟通计划以强化并鼓励提高员工对事故和火灾预防、工业卫生和环境合规性的意识。
对公司环境、健康和安全职能部门的人员进行规划、培养和指导。为组织单位的管理层和专业人员提供领导方向。
必须具备联邦和州环境、健康和安全法律/法规方面扎实的业务知识。必须能够准确地确定问题、收集数据、解释分析结果、得出有效结论，并向高层管理人员提出合理的建议，以支持公司的生产和最终目标。
必须能够并且愿意在下班后、周末和/或节假日期间对紧急情况作出响应。必须能够与管理人员、运营人员和代理人员进行有效沟通。

从四年制学院或大学取得的学士学位（文学学士或理学学士）

资质证书

其他信息

优秀的口头和书面沟通能力。必须具备联邦和州环境、健康和安全法律/法规方面扎实的业务知识。
