Temporary Lab Technician (Summer Employment) - Smoky Canyon (Afton, WY)

Summary

Through the analysis and test of the water quality of the sewage station and the various process sections, the water quality of the production workshop and the operation of the sewage treatment system are directly reflected, and the operating parameters are adjusted in time through the water quality of each process section to ensure the discharge of the wastewater.

Key Responsibilities

• Sampling and storage of sampling points at the sewage station as required
• Familiar with the operating procedures of each monitoring equipment
• Proficiency and correct testing of various test items required by the sewage station
• Analyze and test water samples in strict accordance with the specifications and shall not arbitrarily increase or decrease the operation steps.
• Ensure the accuracy of the test results
• Accurately record all test data
• Responsible for the induction, collation and analysis of laboratory data
• Inform the supervisor in a timely manner if the test data is abnormal
• Laboratory test reagents are stored as required
• All prepared reagents must be labeled with clear label
• Keep the laboratory clean and free of pollution
• Use the equipment as required and make the appropriate records for use
• Strengthen the maintenance and maintenance of laboratory instruments and verify the equipment regularly
• Perform routine maintenance of equipment as required

Typical Education

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Associate's Degree (A.A. or equivalent) preferred

Relevant Experience

• 1+ years related experience and/or training
