About our role

 

Located in our newly designed Mentone Head Office, you will join us as a permanent full time member of our broader global talent team. As our Talent Acquisition Partner you will own and manage the delivery of end to end recruitment activities across our sales and head office corporate portfolio. You will develop and execute effective sourcing strategies that attracts the best talent in market and industry.  This is a high volume talent role (typically up to 20 vacancies) with positions ranging from hourly sales based roles to mid level corporate salaried positions. This role is end to end and will involve administrative related responsibilities, including all pre hire steps. This is an exciting talent role where you will work and partner with a number of stakeholders across the business. In this role you will leverage multiple sourcing tools creating and maintaining pipelines of suited candidates. As the primary point of contact for your portfolio, you will leverage market insights and your expertise to provide ongoing strategic and tactical recruitment support and advice.

What will you do

 

  • Partner with sales and corporate teams to directly manage the end to end recruitment process for the portfolio, including identifying the most appropriate sourcing strategy,  managing and optimising the offer process.
  • Develop external talent pipelines and build candidate databases for critical roles within the portfolio.
  • Embed and drive a consistent approach to coaching and upskilling leaders in effective recruitment processes/methodology and selection approaches, in line with industry best practice.
  • Input and support the consistency and continuous improvement across the team in the end to end recruitment and selection process to deliver effective, efficient and professional service within agreed SLA’s to achieve agreed business outcomes.
  • Support the wider talent team with project and administrative work.
  • Manage the reference, pre hire due diligence steps prior to offer.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and providers where required.

You will thrive at managing multiple roles across various portfolios, with strong communication skills and the ability to drive effective relationships.   • Proven experience in agency recruitment or as a Talent Partner, working across diverse portfolios, with different client groups.
  • Self starter with a ‘can do’ growth mind set.
  • Excellent communication skills – Ability to communicate constructively to share ideas and possible outcomes.
  • Experience in using an ATS such as Pageup, Success Factors
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with demonstrated influencing skills and abilities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and career development.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised with the ability to work at pace within a dynamic environment.
