About our role


  • Exciting newly created 12 month contract role
  • Identify inaccuracies in processes, interfaces reporting issues and shortfalls
  • Rectify data integrity issues through the identification and implementation of corrective actions
  • Put in place appropriate governance and monitoring checks to ensure data integrity is maintained and consistent

What will you do


  • Working in our Supply Chain Finance team, you will be responsible for undertaking robust and detailed data integrity reviews
  • Compare the intent of processes to actual process to identify gaps, inaccuracies, interface or master data / set up issues. Rank and prioritise identified issues accordingly
  • Identify corrective action and implement a permanent solution that is best for business
  • Strengthen data integrity checks, reconciliations and any other control needed to ensure ongoing data integrity in a sustainable way
  • Upskilling and training of internal stakeholders to ensure permanent governance and monitoring enhancements are bedded into normal business processes
  • Keep Data Integrity project steer group abreast of project status 

About you


  • Preference for JDE experience and/or industry experience with integrated systems and ERPs
  • Preference for past systems accounting experience, including but not limited to interface and financial reconciliation.
  • Significant experience within systems accounting roles 
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Commerce with an IT /Accounting focus or equivalent workplace experience
  • Intermediate / Strong Excel
  • A clear and partnering style of communication both in written and spoken form. 
  • A growth mindset for seeking innovative and collaboration solutions to meet both consumer and customer needs
