About our Role


We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Finance Analyst – Central Supply Chain to join our dynamic and growing business. Reporting to the Finance Manager - Supply Chain, you will be an integral player to support the function with a focus on budgeting and forecasting.  


This role will support the business by providing key financial, accounting and business data analysis, advice and recommendations for central supply chain. Lead and coordinate the planning and budgeting process preparation of various management reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis (for consolidated Supply and overheads as a sub function). Ensure effective reporting and control of financial transactions.  Oversee supply chain stock take and productivity governance.

What will you do


  • Provide value adding business partnering to FPA and support manager in partnering Supply Chain leadership team 
  • Implement efficient and effective financial planning, reporting and processes
  • Accountable for delivery of weekly, EOM, forecasts, budgets, LRP and strategic plans for central Supply Chain
  • Provide oversight of the Supply Chain productivity governance program
  • Provide insightful, timely and accurate reporting for Central Supply Chain, with a focus on ensuring performance drivers are understood, business wide implications are clearly articulated, and gap measures are identified
  • Oversee end to end control of all costings, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all systems
  • Development of best in class planning and reporting processes and procedures.  Ensure standardization across Supply Chain Finance
  • Build internal relationships across the business to help facilitate information flow and decision
  • Comply with all legislative / statutory obligations and company policies
  • Backup for SFA – Capital
  • Provide internal customers with information and advice on financial and other business-related issues, leading to improved financial awareness and knowledge for internal customers

What will you bring


To be successful in this role, you must have a growth mindset, a strong commercial focus with proven experience in developing budgets and monthly reporting and planning.  You will possess both strong communication and presentation skills, coupled with analytical methodologies you can apply.  You will have a passion for excellence and be outcome orientated with a desire to drive improvements and streamline reports and processes where possible.  You will be inquisitive and enjoy interacting with the wider business by nature and operate well in a team environment.  A strong financial background and experience in financial planning and analysis would be viewed favourably.


  • Experience in Supply Chain within FMCG advantageous
  • Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial information systems, JDE/SAP preferred
  • Experience with EOM, budget / strategy process
  • Able to meet deadlines and influence others to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail whilst seeing the big picture
  • Strong financial analysis, modelling and forecasting skills
