About our role

 

  • Senior level IT management position with responsibility over a wide array of business applications
  • Reports directly into the USA global team
  • Senior leadership role – Managing a large well versed and capable team
     

What will you do

 

  • As part of a Global Application Delivery team, manage the SAPL Business Applications Team, architecture direction, and underlying solution sets to continuously deliver and meet company objectives  
  • Using Agile principles and IT Service Management methodologies, collaborates with global management team to define processes & procedures for application delivery
  • Establish and ensure the appropriate communications, change management, and delivery of solutions across the company
  • Manage all activities and development of delivery staff, including employees, contractors, and vendors
  • Manage IT application delivery financial performance and budgets
  • Provide strong leadership to an experienced technical team

About you

 

  • You will have demonstrated extensive experience in a similar IT leadership roles and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Significant leadership experience and well versed in managing a large team
  • Solid EQ and ability to lead and work with others collaboratively
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and IT Service Management is desired
  • Naturally you have a strong attention to detail focus and the ability to work in a collaborative team in a busy environment
  • Your continuous improvement mindset coupled with your ability to prioritise and work with competing demands
