About our role

We now have an exciting, newly created role for a Digital Analytics Specialist to join our Commercial Marketing team.  Reporting to the Digital Channel Manager and based at our head office in Mentone / Moorabbin, you will work across the digital eco-system to transform data from social media, digital advertising, e-commerce, websites, marketing automation etc. into actionable insights, offering a comprehensive 360-degree view with strategic recommendations.

What you will do

  • Establish digital dashboards, which encompasses all digital assets, to measure performance, generate insights and make recommendations.
  • Monitor and report on touchpoints along the digital customer and consumer journey, collaborating with Sales and Marketing.
  • Optimise content to increase visibility, link assets and grow sales for Commercial digital.
  • Deliver timely reporting on analytics and ways to optimise the approach to drive sales conversion.
  • Map the shopper/ customer journey, highlighting key optimisation points.
  • Use site analytics and data to plan and develop initiatives to improve engagement, maximise conversion, increase site traffic, achieve sales and brand goals.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to enable key stakeholders to make data-driven decisions to uplift digital customer experience across Retail and Foodservice.
  • Track, analyse and report on all social media performance measures and ensure effective campaign and content reporting.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong strategic capacity with storytelling ability.
  • Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and manage several projects at once.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders on multiple projects.
  • Strong understanding of reporting and presentation best practice.
  • Strong experience across Google Analytics.
  • An understanding in Salesforce and Pardot is preferred.
  • Experience using data visualisation platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or Google Looker Studio.
  • An understanding of digital tools CPP/Citrus, Bizaarvoice, Channel Sight, Profitero, Hootsuite & Highspot advantageous.
  • You are someone who LOVES data and analytics.
