Summary
The Farm Laborer performs various duties that allow for the assortment of agricultural product.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists with building maintenance such as painting, cleaning, etc.
- Assists with irrigation equipment.
- Light equipment operation.
Typical Education
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Requirements
- Prior experience in general farming operations.
- 1 year – agricultural, packaging or labor experience
Requirements
- Work days will include some evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on business need and schedule, ability to work this schedule.
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Able to work in a hot environment for long periods of time.
- Able to work well with other's in a fast paced environment.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Able to be on time for shift.
