Summary

The Training Lead will help to establish a centralized Training COE by designing and implementing a training strategy and model that supports our Bedrock (SAP) implementations globally and delivers on-going training sustainment in the run-state.  They will be accountable for ensuring end-users have the knowledge to be successful at go-live and beyond; ensuring new-users have the knowledge to be successful in the run-state; and establishes knowledge and content management ownership of training materials including how they will be governed in a run-state.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a training strategy and approach
•    That complements OCM strategies aimed at increasing adoption and reducing end user resistance
•    That is scalable and fit for purpose for each phase of the Bedrock (SAP) implementation across our different businesses and locations
•    That takes into consideration the training impacts of decisions in future Bedrock implementations on past implementation
•    That delivers the model for training sustainment in the run-state

 


Develop, coordinate, execute, monitor and adapt training plans for each Bedrock implementation
Includes:

•    Coordinate with OCM team to understand Change Impacts by role
•    Conduct Training Needs Analysis by role
•    Manage and coordinate training content development provided from external consultants / internal SMEs
•    Coordinate internal SME validation of content
•    Manage and coordinate logistics and training related communications
•    Coordinate and facilitate super user or Train the  Trainer (TTT) network
•    Monitor and assess training to meet adoption objectives and metrics

 


Develop and implement the run-state approach for knowledge and content management of training materials
•    By driving ownership of training materials 
•    By delivering and facilitating  governance structure for training materials

Typical Education

Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university

Relevant Experience

5+ years related experience and/or training

Other Information

  • Learning, development and training design experience
  • Familiarity with modern and traditional training methods
  • Excellent organizational, planning, coordination and project management skills essential.
  • Ability to work with all levels within an organization and possess strong executive presence.
  • Prior OCM experience required.
  • COVID-19 vaccination required (medical or religious accommodations will be considered as appropriate).
