Summary

The Talent and Culture Programs Lead plays a significant role in the design, development, and implementation of our talent and culture programs from the ground up. Key initiatives and strategies include focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Employee Experience and Engagement global programs. In this role, you will contribute to the vision of the department and also be responsible for delivering global organizational effectiveness, culture and change initiatives that build engagement and drive a high performance culture. 

Key Responsibilities

Employee Experience Surveys

  • Lead and project manage the global engagement survey including managing third party vendors, comprehensive analysis, and presentation
  • Coordinate global, regional and team groups to turn key insights into action items.
  • Create toolkits and training for business HR leaders to ensure best in class action plans and outcomes

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

  • Play a key leadership role in the support and execution of embedding DEI into Simplot.  Actively participate, support, and grow Simplot Employee Resource Groups, Global Steering Committee activities, Community Outreach, and DEI Talent Focused initiatives.

Talent & Culture Programs

  • Build relationships and serve as trusted partner and action oriented CoE lead to drive consistent Talent & Culture practices throughout Simplot in partnership with business and CoE HR teams.
  • Key programs include Succession, Talent Reviews, Talent Brand, and related talent programs

Typical Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS or equivalent)
  • Master's degree (MA/MS) preferred 

Relevant Experience

  • Five to eight years of previous HR or other programs experience

Other Information

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and leading large-scale talent programs
  • Business acumen and ability to collaborate across boundaries with key stakeholders
  • HR Business Partner experience
  • Talent & Culture program experience
  • Technical programs:
    • SAP
    • Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
