The main driver of this position is to develop and execute an overall digital marketing strategy that aligns specifically with AgriBusiness objectives and market development efforts. This position will leverage all digital channels to connect with current and prospective customers, creating endless possibilities for building, maintaining, and growing our unique products, services, and brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the digital marketing strategy for AgriBusiness Marketing.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, demand generation, marketing applications, website properties, digital & print advertising, and digital asset management.
  • Increase web traffic and build brand awareness through the marketing of content online and offline by understanding channel management of content hubs and all supporting social channels, including email/newsletter distribution. Must understand the best practices of the main social media channels, which content and approaches work and why.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing efforts, campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPI).
  • Measure and report performance of all content marketing efforts, campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPI). Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate and improve content value and delivery.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for AB business brands, products, and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create necessary digital assets and optimize user experience – customer database management, CRM, marketing automation, customer portal, etc.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touch points.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Typical Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4-year college or university, Marketing or related focus highly preferred
Relevant Experience
  • 8+ years relevant marketing experience; Agriculture experience a plus
Other Information
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing marketing campaigns.
  • Accomplished in developing and leading successful long-term strategic initiatives with internal/external customers, managing multiple priorities and varied input.
  • Experience with Marketing Technologies – automation, web, CRM, CX/UX, CMS/DAM
  • Editorial requirements include:
    • SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement.
    • Development of editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone.
    • Editorial calendar and organization workflows must be developed and managed.
  • Customer-focused; clear and effective communicator; ability to influence people at all levels of the organization;
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Must be a highly motivated, results-oriented, team player with a strong aptitude for creative problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products and resources – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
  • Willingness to travel.
