Summary

Develop project strategies, resource plans, and metrics for all work within AgriBusiness Technology Program, including synergies and dependencies between initiatives spanning business, technology, and Global Services teams.  Drive Program Management activities including activity tracking, status reports, metrics, and ownership of risks and issues.  Facilitate program governance activities at direction of Senior Director Technology Programs along with a strong partnership with the Technology & Data Science organization. Plan, manage, and control AgriBusiness team activities and budget on programs within scope. Partner with Technology & Data Science organization to implement and maintain coherent agile program ecosystem.  Lead and drive decision making and coordinate as needed across all business groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage program governance activities from specific initiatives to program level, including enforcing decision authority, change request management, and timelines
  • In partnership with Technology and Data Science resources, oversee all aspects of project lifecycle – ideation, statements of work, status, training, testing, cutover and hypercare planning and program metrics
  • Participate in and drive project development activities with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain project staffing schedules to match planned work with available business and technology resources

Typical Education

Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university

Relevant Experience

15+ years related experience and/or training
