The Order to Cash (OTC) Functional Leads will be instrumental in defining, designing and delivering solutions that enables the company’s Credit Management & Collections, Order and Customer Service Management and Pricing, Billing and Available to Promise (ATP) capabilities as part of Simplot’s Global ERP system implementation.
This role leads the Order and Customer Service Management process area and a team of Subject Matter Experts for the duration of the project at Simplot. This will be a key role in a high-functioning, cross-functional team that will give you end-to-end knowledge across Simplot’s Food and Agricultural industries. Examples of Order and Customer Service Management process area responsibilities include specialty areas (Pricing, Billing and Available to Promise (ATP)) within Order & Customer Service Management. This role is responsible for planning design, build, integration, training and testing of the process area partnering with all parts of the business to meet required timelines with approved resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gain insight and understanding of their current end-to-end process state and gather information on their optimal future state. Correlate information and develop a plan and system solution recommendation that meets business requirements.
  • Utilize the knowledge gained during planning to lead process design and build working with subject matter experts within the business.
  • Partner closely with other project teams, including but not limited to Consulting Partners, and internal Data, IT, Change Management, and Project Management.
  • Work closely with other process teams to ensure seamless end-to-end functionality of business processes.
  • Work closely with IT to validate the accuracy of system integration and help design and test system interfaces.
  • Lead, facilitate, monitor, and participate in system testing to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Identify and help resolve incidents discovered during testing activity.
  • Partner with the Transformation team to review training materials and delivery plans.
  • Facilitate training evaluation and remediation as needed.
  • Support Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
Typical Education
  • Bachelor's Degree from 4-year College or University. Master's Degree preferred.
Relevant Experience
  • 5 plus years related experience and/or training. Project Management. Customer Service & Order management General/Technical fields.
  • Customer Service & Order management functional operational experience.
  • Experience managing third party service providers.
  • Preferred experience in SAP environment or ERP implementation.
  • Transformation experience 
  • Experience managing multiple deliverables in complex environment. Experience in one of the following Pricing, Billing, (ATP)
  • Available to Promise.
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally as needed.
