We are looking for an experienced Digital and Technology Marketing Manager to join our team. The Digital and Technology Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams worldwide as we continue to build and improve our global foods platform (Simplotfoods.com). The ideal candidate is a creative and hardworking professional passionate about digital innovation and possesses strong organizational and analytical skills. In this role, you will manage agile sprints, ongoing development work, content management, user testing, and UAT to ensure our website is always at its best.

This person is someone who can walk the line between the business and IT and is equally as adept in understanding how the business would use the website to build experiences, create workflows and publish content, and how IT and technical development gets configured in order to deliver it.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our software engineers to manage agile sprints, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, keeping the team on track and motivated.

• Improve our digital experiences by managing content and conducting usability tests on our products, brands, content, and websites. Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system changes, ensuring they align with business needs and requirements.

• Develop and maintain detailed business process documentation, including workflow diagrams, functional specifications, and use cases.

• Utilize analytical techniques to gather and interpret data, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization and growth.

• Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for system enhancements or new technology implementations.

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.

• Act as the product owner for simplotmatchit.com by managing the product roadmap, supporting MatchIt users, providing training, working bugs, and participating in UAT.
