Summary

Develops, facilitates, and administers Agribusiness leadership and employee development programs and processes.  Contributes to strategy development project planning, and development of resources for assigned organizational development processes such as performance management, succession planning, and career development. Designs, deploys, maintains, and improves related developmental resources, tools and content. Consults with, supports, and facilitates solutions to improve team effectiveness across the Company. Provides collaborative and productive input to team members and leaders to develop business acumen and role-based competencies for Agribusiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and implement assigned global leadership development and team effectiveness programs in alignment with overall strategy. Own end-to-end planning and execution of assigned program.

  • Facilitate engaging and impactful leadership and employee experiences at all levels in a variety of modalities, including virtual, in person, online, blended, etc.

  • Contribute to the AB Learning Strategy by planning and developing tools and resources for use in training programs, to reinforce learning programs, and further the efforts of the AB Learning Function

  • Build and foster effective relationships with external vendor/partners to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of leadership development solutions.

  • Work collaboratively on developing self and others to create a growth mindset orientated culture and a learning-focused approach.

  • To develop defined leadership and employee capabilities to meet business objectives and prepare the workforce for future talent needs.
  • To engage Agribusiness leaders and employees in the learning process and help them develop leadership capabilities.
  • To manage a successful organizational development process fostering a growth culture geared towards innovation and continuous improvement.
  • To identify and retain effective vendor partners that can assist in developing leadership and role-based capability of Agribusiness employees.
  • To increase rate of program adoption, learning, and change initiatives to drive and build upon AB strategy.
  • Continuous improvement of programs and  solutions to drive meaningful business impact as measured by the business leaders.
  • To ensure industry best practices are integrated into learning efforts and thought leadership value is provided.

Typical Education

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS or equivalent)
