Summary

This role will be instrumental in our global rollout of SAP Central Finance. The Central Finance Integration Lead is a decision maker representing the Company’s record to report function which is focused on Finance transformation. Using your know-how, creativity and analytical skills you will have the opportunity to resolve complex finance-related issues. You must be comfortable leading project teams as you dive into the details of workstreams and making design and configuration decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Build SAP Central Finance technology solutions that transforms Simplot’s Global Finance functions
Design, build, test and deploy Central Finance solutions and ensure all works together seamlessly
Engages a team of subject matter experts and key users to build understanding of current and to-be processes
Work closely with SAP functional team to define the future end to end process and solution
Work closely with our integration partner to complete the data replication between legacy systems and SAP S/4 which includes resolving upstream process issues that cause data replication errors.
Supports the broader SAP implementation team to implement group reporting and global treasury tools and processes
Defines and signs off user stories and proposed solutions
Drives business policy and procedure activity
Work with project team and business stakeholders to arrive at key business decisions as it related to process changes and system configuration
Work with our integration partner OCM Lead and Project OCM Lead to develop the change management strategy, capture change impacts and lead organization changes triggered by the project
Plan and execute a detailed cutover plan of all business activities required in the facilitation of a successful go-live.
Verify and sign-off on master data elements required for data replication through Central Finance
Provide hands-on support for the data replication process to ensure timely replication of data to SAP S/4.

Typical Education

Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university

Relevant Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, finance or IT or combination of all areas
Prior work experience with SAP is a plus
Knowledge of accounting month end close processes is a plus
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
